Top soundboard: Angara pine (aged for 5 years). Edged with hornbeam wood. Back soundboard (shanaq): Siberian curly birch, found in the forests near the cities of Krasnoyarsk and Angarsk. Head and overlays: Caucasian beech. Neck: Siberian pine with a larch wood grain inlay. Features: The top soundboard is decorated with a hornbeam edge. The sides and neck area are adorned with elegant elements of traditional Kazakh ornamentation, adding visual harmony and aesthetic refinement to the instrument’s design.
